73th to unlock 'Good Toucher' and 50th to unlock 'Save the Day II' here!

This is a cool reimagining of the original also back in 1999 (as I found out), with the Funkin' cameos. (feels strange you foreshadowed WeekEnd 1 a few months before it got announced or leaked I dunno)

Even the final boss was cool (despite the fireballs while playing the touchpad controls). You encapsulated the feel of the original while bringing something new. Gameplay-wise it's better than Pico School DX personally.

I will say that it becomes annoying when Pico run out of ammo during a boss fight (like the first Bear fight and Boyfriend from what I encountered) I know the cheetahs things whatever they're called give some ammo when defeating them, but rarely, they don't respawn anymore. So a smaller reload like the R key would have been appreciated.

And the 'Save the Day II' medal feels a bit tedious to do, and the touch controls could have been tweaked a bit.

So yeah, pretty cool reimagining still!

Dungeonation responds:

Well doooone, and I do completely agree with your feedback lol. The otters can disappear sometimes? Probably a glitch x_x
And YEAH, that joke predates WeekEnd 1!

played this while [hold right + spam space and s key] through it, and eating a frosting from Wendy's. A truly gaming excellence!

All that aside, I really like how there's bios on some of the toys. making for some interesting things about them.

M-kirbs responds:

Twas part of the experience, I'm sure everyone had fun writing for theirs, I know I did ^^

DaRealPizzaMan responds:

The bios are pretty fun to read I didnt know you could add one LOL

Tyhond responds:

Sweet :)

69 bots, *nice*

Anyway pretty adorable collab, I love some of the designs. (even the ones who aren't restricted to blue eyes) The few GIFS makes those more adorable, and even the rap of the Astro Bot theme is cool. Kudos to everyone for this love letter to the GOTY winner!

one nitpick I'll say is that I wish It had something like the Pokémon Variance Collab, or the Subspace Collab (even the Astro Bot game itself) as examples where you have option to see all bots through quick navigation, instead of keep pressing left and right a lot. But there are 69 bots, so its not like a big deal at all. Still a pretty nice collab!

DrSaturn2 responds:

Not gonna lie, I thought about that too, but it was already too late to ask everyone to draw their bot facing the front. Wish I came up with that sooner.

52 so far! Haven't found myself but yeah. Pretty fun game/collab based on the SM64 DS minigame. I definitely have a reason to come back to this collab, other than just an gallery!

Update: I finally reached 108 (but for some reason the medal didn't register :( )

Update 2: oh wait, it did register lol!

Update 3 (last time I promise): Got all the achievements! (even gooble)

Congrats on the 1st place daily feature aapi! feels unexpected, but well deserved!

Anyway yeah, this was a solid arcadey inspired game.

The controls are surprisingly decent, making this feel like a sort of modernized version of those type of games (I sucked at them, but I heard games like Annalynn and Alien Xenoblaster in which I never played yet are similar games to that). I really love a lot of the character designs, and even the choppy humming voices the characters are doing. Music slaps. The level design is decent, I really like some of them (Haunted Mansion is like my favorite world of three, cuz the Haunties gives good challenge, and I love some of the gimmicks.)

A few critiques I have is that is janky of course, like when I sort of fail to float up with the balloon in Haunted Mansion, I hover very slowly back down that at one time, a Haunty just killed me on that exact position I'm in since I had nothing to do, but there are a few solutions to that, so eh. The medal system is a bit broken, some times it actually worked, but some times don't, like for me, I don't always get the 'All the money' medal when I actually do it (but I finally got it anyway). And finally Oozzy is a bit annoying if you don't recognize the pattern.

TL;DR: A pretty enjoyable game that's decently difficult, and also a pretty arcadey feel! Congrats the success!

Pretty cute endless runner based on the upcoming series. The animation and art-style carries it! The controls are good, but sometimes unresponsive.

There are some parts that I don't get without some sort of tutorial shown for it, like the electric floor part that you'll see around you get 12000 points, which is why I was never able to go over it.

But this is a beta, so curious how it'll go.

Metatera just brought me here ig

Pretty raw game, the platforming and the boss fight was pretty fun!

Love the idea of the collab being Pokédex themed!

Very charming from the art-style and music! I really like how Twig responds every time you put on a costume. and the unexpected gore part lol!

(Also any small hints for the very last medal?)

Nebulate responds:

Hell yeah thank you for the kind words. And Twigi was fun to make.

As for a hint: Aapi told me to just respond with "NES". Uhhh... there you go i guess...

aapiarts responds:

NES. Think about it real hard.
