This is it huh?
I'll start off by saying that 2024 was a pretty interesting year for me. Not only have I gotten the most growth so far, but also a lot of changes have appeared through it for me. Even since 2023 was a pretty small year for me and I was just starting to use the site more after just 4 years of being a visitor only.
I have a art summary to see how everything evolved for me for my art!
I was also getting to know how viewer counts works, and found out that most of my last year's drawings had like 100-200 views (except the Salem art from this year since the way it got a lot of views are different.) So I'm grateful about the people I met this year. Anyway, Recap time!
January
nothing interesting happened outside from posting these.
February
I created The Ferbun Art Thread, which actually gives more information about the characters I made. Some of them are outdated and retconned I'll say like, Orville being straight up gay (He's pan I'll say), Pollux dating Georo, Deliah being It/They and now They/It better, and Cenen having ADHD with instead having anxiety. I also put some random doodles and sketches and yeah!

April
At some point when I was drawing Brianna.
My dad bought an iPad Air which comes with a pen and let me borrow it! So after drawing her and sketching Relve, I ditched the program I was using before GIMP in favor of ibisPaint X. And with that, this is where the improvements were slowly coming!
May
Another nothing month, but I thought It'll be a cool idea to join @GlitchBuddy's KinitoPET Collab, making this my first ever collab appearance!
I joined in very late, around three days before the collab's deadline because I was close to forgetting lol. The thing is about Kinito is that not only from his simpler design, but the game itself is a obvious inspiration from those pet assistant programs (BonziBuddy being a big example) back in the Windows XP era, that I wanted to have major inspiration from!

June
Okay, this is the month where everything started to pick up for me.
One, the KinitoPET Collab's out after a one month hiatus after it's deadline for some reason. Despite the quality, it's still feels really cool to be part of some cool people around it!
Two, It was Pride Month, so @tydaze decided to make a art collab about it. This time I didn't join very late to it lol! I posted my entry during some... stuff going on. But aside from that, something big happened, @tydaze scouted me from the Art Portal!
Three, This art is worth bringing up because, after enjoying Indigo Park, I decided to make some fanart for one of the characters Salem as mentioned. I thought their design looked cool, that I drew them. And then it's somehow got like almost 300 views, and it's not the same way it was from last year's art I made.
And four, I went from 5 or 6 fans to 20 this month, so I was finally gaining a following at that point.
July
Another collab I joined very late, and that's Finasty's Summer Art Collab.
That's about one day before the deadline or release. That's because I scrapped the older version of the entry since It didn't look good. But I was able to start another one, and be done quickly after. Here's the full visible version since the collab version is cropped.
Although despite my gripes I have with the collab like the cropping, I will admire the efforts the people has put into their entries, and I definitely understand why she decided to make it like that.
Other than that, I've just kept growing fans by this collab as well.

August
Things were slowing down a bit, but still some stuff worth talking about.
I participated a bit on the Summergrounds Showdown event with only three art I made for the event.
A bit experimental and different from the stuff I make. I wanted to replicate that sort of feel that Alien Hominid was trying to be. Honestly It could have been better.
I decided to add a more colorful appeal to Doki and Nabi from There She Is!!! and despite feeling a bit rushed, I still liked how I tried to make both of them interact at the same time, even for a bit of it's time.
Best of the three, and even best of my pre-November era of my art. The day where we were going to draw LOVEWEB on the event was the same day as my birthday, so that's why I watched this series during July (cool series go watch it.)
This event made me motivated to draw more btw.

It was a pretty interesting month for various things like, first.
On September 10, 2024 I was featured in the Community page as User of the Day. I didn't expect to be UOTD this soon, but I'm honored.
I was part of the Newgrounds Movie Theater Collab. Here Cenen was doin' StreetPass, I dunno why but yeah.
carboluka made a thread about making music themes about someone else's art, and I was one of the few people who participated in this. I picked my Deliah drawing for that, and man I didn't expect to be this good!
And somehow Cenen (or even me) got cameo'd in this art (I know keep mis-matching both art and drawing fsr) based on a BBS thread.
October
A bit of a slowdown month due to a school art project I was working on, but still have a lot of stuff during that.
I made a entry for @Aalasteir upcoming Black and Orange Collab.
Speaking of him, I got interviewed by him. So If you wanna know some me lore, then here!
The reason that I drew Georo again is not only because I haven't drew him in months, but also testing some shading.
I commissioned @TheShokBlok an drawing for Cenen, because I loved how Shok draws someone else's characters in a faithful way. And with this drawing, I think he does him justice!
I've made a Bluesky account after the hype about it and the controversy surrounding Twitter/X.
The one with Axley is the same reason as Georo, but with tint added.
And finally, I bought a drawing glove which is where the improvements were starting to ramp up!

This where I became a bit more interactive with the community.
I did a art trade with both me and @Nebulate, with our amphibian fellas!

I joined the DrSaturn2's Astro Collab, and during this time, the collab was struggling to get new applications. So I helped him spread awareness about it. Right now the collab's doing better now.
Remember when carboluka made a thread about making art into music, well Ostan5000 was making a thread about making music into art (OC included) during this time.
I gave Axley with the song My Ordinary Life from The Living Tombstone. Although Axley is never supposed to drive a car, It still nails the vibe!
I also joined the NG Secret Santa, and then @sereneFalconer announced they're doing a community day on the NG Secret Santa Discord server. Since my point of the month I was doing right now was about being more interactive with the community, I undusted my old Discord account I had four years ago. I'm also the Newgrounds Trivia Master, because I won a Kahoot about it.
I also felt more pumped to draw during this month.

Alright, the one final blow up!
I redesigned Cenen a bit, after his previous one felt lacking.
@Nebulate's Pip turned two, so I made this gift-art for him! (This was made before Cenen's redesign btw)
Commissioned @StevSteelEn because it'll fit well with Cenen's new look! I love how he made Cenen feel more human-like!
I was Powgal's Secret Santa! Maybe my most creative drawing yet!
To mark it all off, I'm ending it where It all started it by remaking my first drawing of the year, to see how much I went through and improved over the months and this quicklier than last year surprisingly!
And then recently I was part of the Smash Ultimate Art Collab where Cenen was Lucas. The pose I did looks really kul!
Phew, that was a lot I wrote. I may be forgetting stuff but eh. Anyway...
